Women are being encouraged to create conflict with partners so it can be used as evidence in court

Women are regularly creating their own evidence, they will intentionally instagate reactions from their partners in order to collect evidence for court.

The flawed court system currently looks at fathers flaws before looking at mothers (may never get to this), all the mother needs to do is evidence one time fathers actions can be deemed as domestic abuse and that will be enough to sway the judge to favour her. The judge will not give much weight to the domestic abused the mother did that caused fathers actions and that the fact mother instagated it.

Judges are trained to look at fathers actions first, as mother will often have more access to the children from the start of the process. This leads to question whether the mother is tricking the court or the court are encouraging this behaviour.
